* Defective Products are refundable, however the fees incurred in the process of returning will be borne by the Customer.
* All Returns must contain the original components with packaging.
* Defective Items must be returned within 21 days to the manufacturer from the date of purchase.
* The manufacturer will not be responsible for defective items that are lost in transit for the purpose of a refund.
* The manufacturer will not be responsible for colour differences due to different colour rendering capabilities of computers that are used to view the images of the products.
* Delivery time is about three to five days depending on locale, however delivery time can be subjected to delay due to unforseen circumtances.
* If the items are not received within 14 days after the date of payment, please email lost@urbanjewels.sg and an investigation will be carried out with the postal service. If the items are found to be lost in transit, customers can either request for a refund or another set of items as ordered. If the items are recoverable, the set of items will be delivered to the customers.
* If payment that are made by bank transfer is less than the stated price, the amount will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.
* If payment that was made is more than the stated price, the balance amount will be refunded and the order will still be valid and processed.
* All transaction for bank transfer are to be made in SGD.
* All transaction for PayPal payments are made in USD.
* Items will only be delivered upon full payment.
* All payments must be made within three days of ordering, else the order
may be subject to cancellation.
* Items are subjected to availability. A refund will be made for items that are not available and the customer will be duly informed.
